**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Setup**: Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives. Set up campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
- **Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid adjustments, and other optimization tactics.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving reach, targeting, and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage daily budgets, impression share, and bid strategies to ensure campaigns achieve business goals within allocated budgets.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- **Landing Page Collaboration**: Work with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and aligned with campaign goals.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, new tools, features, and industry trends to improve overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with proven success in driving performance.
- **Technical Skills**:
1. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
2. Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
3. Knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
