**Ads Specialist/Meta & Google Ads**

Sandcolour is looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Ads Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize our paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search/Shopping/Display). The primary goal is to drive high-quality traffic, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and generate sales for our furniture in both domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Plan, create, and launch end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Develop compelling ad copy, landing page (Figma & Canva), work with web developer & design teams on creative assets, and build highly segmented audience lists.
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager - GTM (including conversion tracking and remarketing lists).
- **Performance Optimization (ROAS Focus)**:

- Conduct daily monitoring and rigorous A/B testing of ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels and campaigns to achieve specific ROAS targets.
- Specialize in running campaigns targeting markets like the US, UK, UAE, Argentina, and India.
- Adjust ad creative, messaging, and bidding strategies based on international consumer behavior and seasonality.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to generate detailed performance reports.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign efficiency and scaling successful initiatives.

**Required QualificationsTechnical & Platform Expertise**
- **Experience**: 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on both Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search/Shopping).
- **Meta Ads Manager**: Campaign setup, custom/lookalike audience creation, DABA (Dynamic Ads for Broad Audiences).
- **Google Ads**: Search campaigns, Performance Max, Google Shopping feeds, and optimization techniques.
- **Data Tools**: Expert use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for attribution and performance measurement.
- **E-commerce Focus**: Proven track record of driving online sales and maximizing ROAS for an e-commerce business.

**Soft Skills & Others**
- Highly analytical with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear campaign actions.
- Excellent written communication skills for persuasive ad copy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English.

**Extra Skills (Bonus Points)**
- Experience with other paid channels (e.g., Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience in the **furniture, home décor, or luxury goods** industry.
