Level Up STC is looking for a Personal Loan Trainer for our client. Please read the below JD and responsibilities before applying
- Knowledge in unsecured loan lending
- Idea about the sales & underwriting Knowledge in unsecured loan lending
- Knowledge of the type of fraud on the market of unsecured loan lending.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Additional certification in training is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training curriculum within time
- Produce physical and digital educational material
- Onboard new Hires to organization
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor objectives and results
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
- Report on impact of training programs
- Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum
- Handle product training sessions for employees at Regional Learning center.
- Work in cohesion with leadership in improving productivity
- Travel to Various location assigned as part of training responsibility - Mumbai, Delhi Etc
- Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Graduate

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 100% (required)
