**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution and Escalation**:
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely solutions or escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, including technical support, logistics, and sales, to resolve complex cases.
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines to maintain service quality.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and support tools.
- Collect feedback and report common customer concerns to management.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and complaint resolution.
- Analyze customer service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations with management for service improvement.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
