This role requires a proactive individual who can leverage CRM strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen relationships with customers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.

2. Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

3. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in engagement and retention.

4. Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted communication campaigns.

5. Monitor and prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

6. Address inquiries and resolve issues from customers and beneficiaries promptly and effectively.

7. Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies to enhance CRM capabilities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Freshers with any Bachelor’s degree.

2. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

5. A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering excellent service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
