**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Account Trainee to support our sales operations and customer engagement processes. The role involves lead management, client communication, and sales coordination, with a clear growth path into full-time sales and account management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services/products.
- Maintain CRM systems and update customer information regularly.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and reports.
- Handle basic client queries and escalate where necessary.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales and communication skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Exposure to CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- Internship or coursework related to sales or customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,760.69 - ₹17,000.00 per month
