Job Title: Sales Trainee ( Pharma )

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in sales to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn about our products/services, target market, and sales processes through training sessions, shadowing experienced sales representatives, and independent research.
- Support sales representatives in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by seeking feedback, learning from experiences, and staying updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only
