**Role Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Sales Trainee** to join our dynamic team. This role involves meeting clients, scheduling appointments, and building connections with businesses to promote our luxury apartments. It’s an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the real estate industry while gaining hands-on experience in client engagement and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit potential clients to present our offerings and build relationships.
- Schedule and secure appointments with prospective clients and businesses.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features of our luxury apartments.
- Actively prospect new leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client communication and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our services in the market.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients outside the office.
- Interest in the real estate industry and passion for developing a career in sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
