We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated **Business Development - Trainee** to join our sales team. The trainee will be responsible for learning and supporting the field sales process for ERP software solutions by engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting suitable modules of our ERP system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s ERP modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Production, etc.).
- Identify and approach prospective clients in the assigned territory through field visits, referrals, and cold calls.
- Assist the sales team in conducting on-site product presentations and ERP demonstrations.
- Understand client pain points and map them with ERP functionalities to propose relevant solutions.
- Capture detailed client requirements and coordinate with the presales/technical team for solution customization.
- Maintain and update sales trackers, client interaction logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Support in organizing field campaigns, roadshows, and client engagement activities.
- Participate in training programs and shadow experienced sales executives to build product and domain knowledge.
- Submit daily/weekly activity reports and share market intelligence or competitor updates with the team.

**Eligibility & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work and client meetings.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
