**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Property Promotion: Present and promote company properties to clients, highlighting features and benefits to meet their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
