Job Title**:Real Estate Sales Executive**

**Location**: New Town, Kolkata

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through various sources like referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Provide clients with detailed information about available properties and help them choose the right one according to their needs.
- Develop a pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to convert them into sales.
- Conduct property site visits for prospective clients and address any questions or concerns.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in New Town, Kolkata, and surrounding areas.
- Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in a professional manner, ensuring both the client’s and company’s interests are met.
- Close deals efficiently, ensuring smooth documentation and contract signing.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property valuation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and property management tools.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Real estate certification is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Competitive base salary + attractive commissions.
- **Incentives**: High earning potential based on sales performance.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
