**Role Overview**:
We are hiring dynamic, driven, and client-focused Real Estate Salespersons to join our energetic sales team. This is a pre-sales/relationship management role where you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying their interest in real estate investment or home buying, and converting them into serious buyers through a consultative approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work on pre-qualified lead databases to make outbound cold calls and client follow-ups.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential property investors and buyers based on their interests and ROI expectations.
- Promote ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects of top developers across Kolkata.
- Explain property features, pricing, investment benefits, and offer end-to-end advisory support.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, virtual walkthroughs, and project meetings with clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records for all interactions, follow-ups, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our in-house teams (interior design, marketing, legal) to offer a full-service experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with performance-based incentives.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, tele-calling, investment advisory, or B2C relationship management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Comfortable in making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends will be an added advantage.
