Jumbo Green is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Care Officer to join our team. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, implementing sales & marketing processes, and generating essential reports.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Oversee customer support professionally and courteously with the help of tele callers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing product-related information.
**Order Management**: Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accurate order processing, and coordinating the packing and dispatch of products for timely delivery.
**Sales Support**: Generating leads, following up on potential customers, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
**Report Generation**: Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions, preparing regular reports for management review.
**Multilingual Communication**: Utilize your language skills in English, Malayalam, and any other Indian languages to effectively communicate with customers across diverse regions.
**Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative duties such as managing the CRM and sales processes.
**Requirements**:
**Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English, Malayalam, and at least one other Indian language is essential.
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
**Organizational Abilities**: Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion.
**Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is crucial for generating reports and maintaining records.
**Customer-Centric Approach**: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams.
**Problem-Solving Skills**: Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving customer issues and challenges.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
