Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at coordination? Join our team as a **Back Office Service Specialist** and help us streamline service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Service Executives, Coordinators, and Managers.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports (Excel & Google Sheets).
- Manage trackers for site visits, AMC schedules, etc.
- Monitor tasks, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Maintain service documentation and manage customer feedback.
- Develop SOPs, identify process gaps, and support service-related activities.

**Qualifications**

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong communication & coordination.
- Proficiency in **Excel and Google Sheets**.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with internal process controls.
- Ownership mindset and initiative.

**Gender Preference**
- **Any**
