**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled **CNC Milling Setter & Operator** to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in 3-5 axis CNC milling operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and set up 3-5 axis CNC milling machines **(HMC & VMC)** according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Perform precise machine setups, including zero-point alignment, tool offsets, and fixture placement.
- Load and secure raw materials, tools, and fixtures for machining operations.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to ensure accurate machining.
- Operate machines with Fanuc, Siemens, & Heidenhain controls and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances.
- CNC editing at the machine controller; (**SolidCAM knowledge is a advantage)**.
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, etc.). to ensure conformity to GD&T requirements.
- Machine exotic materials including stainless steel,Aluminum, titanium, and Inconel.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
