We are Looking for a **CNC Programmer cum Setter** on immediate basis.

**Experience level**:

- 3 to 5 years Proffered

**Salary Range - 23000 to 35000,**salary may vary based on your level of experience in CNC operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Program CNC machines according to detailed specifications and technical drawings.
- Set up and calibrate machines to prepare for production runs.
- Monitor machine operations and performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and programs as they arise.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on CNC equipment.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine set-up.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine operations, and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CNC programming software and controls (e.g., G-code).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ability to set up and operate various types of CNC machinery (milling, turning, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of machining processes and materials.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
