**Job Title**: CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer

**Location**: Bangalore-Dhoddaballapura

**As a CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce precision parts and components.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines to produce precision parts.
- Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts and components.
- Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors.
- Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
