- **G-code**: Operators should be familiar with basic G-code commands used to control the movement of the machine, such as positioning, cutting, and feed rates.
- **M-code**: Knowledge of M-codes that handle auxiliary functions (e.g., starting/stopping spindle or coolant).
- Ability to modify or adjust the CNC program as required by the job.
- **Tool Selection**: Identifying the correct cutting tools for various materials and machining operations (e.g., end mills, drills, taps).
- **Tool Offsetting**: Setting the tool offsets accurately in the VMC controller to ensure precise machining.
- **Tool Measurement**: Using tool measuring devices like tool presetters to set the correct length and diameter for each tool.
- **Fixturing**: Setting up and aligning the work piece with the appropriate fixtures and clamps.
- **Zero Point Setting**: Establishing workpiece zero points (work offsets) for correct machining reference using G54, G55, etc.
- **Tramming**: Aligning the spindle to be perpendicular to the worktable if necessary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
