- Diploma or certification in CNC machining or relevant technical discipline.
- **Work location**:

- Kallapalayam, Coimbatore
- Salary:

- Upto 35K per month.
- Setup & Operation:

- Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials required for machining operations.
- Precision Machining:

- Machine high-precision customized parts based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
- GD&T Interpretation:

- Interpret and work with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as per engineering drawings.
- Quality Assurance:

- Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, callipers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and optimize processes.
- Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC setup and operation, focusing on high-precision machining.
- Mandatory experience with 3-axis CNC machines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
