About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Setter & Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in 3–5 axis CNC milling operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up 3–5 axis CNC milling machines (HMC & VMC) according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.

· Perform precise machine setups, including zero-point alignment, tool offsets, and fixture placement.

· Load and secure raw materials, tools, and fixtures for machining operations.

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to ensure accurate machining.
  • Operate machines with Fanuc, Siemens, & Heidenhain controls and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances.
  • CNC editing at the machine controller; (SolidCAM knowledge is a advantage).
  • Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, etc.). to ensure conformity to GD&T requirements.
  • Machine exotic materials including stainless steel,Aluminum, titanium, and Inconel.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
