**Job Summary**:
In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our automotive products and services. Additionally, you will manage our company's social media presence to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our automotive offerings.
- Actively listen to customers' inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sales to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our dealership and engage with our audience.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, including photos, videos, and written captions.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, and social media management, preferably within the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong creative skills with experience in content creation and social media handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service, sales, or social media management are a plus.
- Freshers / Experienced.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
