Mis Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to sales, service, and inventory.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of operations.
- **Sales and Service Support**:

- Provide data-driven insights to support sales targets and service benchmarks.
- Track and monitor service revenue, customer retention rates, and sales performance.
- Analyze trends to identify areas for improvement in sales and after-sales services.
- **System and Process Management**:

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in MIS systems.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks for efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and enhance MIS software and tools.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with sales, service, and inventory teams for seamless data integration.
- Provide periodic updates to management regarding operational performance.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities using historical data.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of reports, processes, and system updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in data handling.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ERP systems used in automobile dealerships is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
