**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by maintaining consistent communication.
- Handle customer queries effectively and provide prompt feedback and solutions.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Promote the company's real estate projects and services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand promotions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Provide detailed information about available properties and explain how they meet customer needs.
- **Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring**:

- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use this information to refine sales strategies and target prospects effectively.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Keep accurate records of all communications, feedback, and sales leads in a structured format.
- Track and report on the status of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Assist in closing deals by guiding clients through the sales process.
- Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Share insights and suggest strategies to improve team performance.
- **Education**:

- Graduate or undergraduate in any specialization.
- **Experience**:

- 0-1 years of experience in pre-sales, real estate, or a similar sales role.
- Experience in tele calling or brand promotion is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi.**:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
- Effective in customer follow-ups and maintaining records.
- Ability to upsell when appropriate and explain solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Strong decision-making ability.
- Target-oriented and driven to achieve results.
- Pleasant demeanor and approachable personality.
