Sales Executive - Appliances (Vadodara)
Compensation & Location
- Location: Vadodara
- Experience: 3 to 5 years, ideally from B2C, General Trade, or Dealer Distribution background
- Package: Up to ₹6lakh per annum (including performance incentives)
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive you will lead sales operations across city to drive primary and secondary sales, manage general trade channels, and develop a robust dealer and distributor network in the appliances industry. In this pivotal B2C-facing role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand market share and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business goals, focusing on both primary (manufacturer to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer) sales.
- Channel & Dealer Management
Identify, onboard, and nurture dealer and distributor partnerships. Drive distribution growth by activating underperforming counters and ensuring consistent stock availability.
- General Trade Coverage
Cover general trade channels—supervise retail presence, manage order flows, visual merchandising, and promotional activity. Execute trade schemes to heighten engagement and visibility.Lead, train, and mentor a team of area sales executives. Set goals, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews to optimize team efficiency.Analyze local market trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior. Deliver structured reports and insights to senior management for strategic planning.Manage credit policies, ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables. Uphold commercial hygiene within operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales—especially B2C appliances, general trade, dealer/distributor channels
- Demonstrated success driving both primary and secondary sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical with proficiency in sales data, MIS, and CRM tools
- Graduate or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
