**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management Create, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Lead Generation Identify, research, and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.
- Client Coordination Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service.
- Customer Service Address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Campaign Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance.
- Reporting Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, lead generation, and customer feedback.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms ( Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. and digital marketing trends.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative and content writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop preferred).
- Good interpersonal and client handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
