**Job Overview**
We are looking for **motivated and confident Telecallers** to join our team. Your role will be to communicate with NEET aspirants and their parents, explain the MBBS admission process in India and abroad, and support them in making informed decisions.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has excellent communication skills, and wants to grow in the education industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to NEET leads and respond to incoming inquiries
- Explain admission processes for MBBS (India & Abroad)
- Share details of colleges, counseling timelines, fees, and documentation
- Fix appointments for 1-on-1 counseling
- Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM system
- Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth lead conversion
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling/customer support experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (Kannada, Hindi & English) (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
- Ability to handle pressure during admission season
