**Job Title**: Telecaller Intern (Admission Counselling)
**Location**: TalentGrade, Koramangala, Bangalore
**Duration**: 3-month internship
**Stipend**: ₹5,000 per month + performance-based incentives

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Interns to join our team at TalentGrade Koramangala. The internship will focus primarily on admission counselling, where you will communicate with prospective students and their guardians to provide information and guide them through the admission process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in counselling and develop strong communication skills in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound queries.
- Provide accurate information about admission procedures, course offerings, and other related details.
- Assist students and parents by answering their questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to meet targets and improve counselling success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Enthusiasm for working in admission counselling and student engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use CRM software for data entry.
- Prior experience in telecalling or counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
