**About Us**:
Falcon Car Detailing Studio is a premier car detailing service provider located in the heart of Indiranagar, Bangalore. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional car care services and enhancing our customers' driving experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers.

**Position Overview**:
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers from a provided data list. The primary task is to explain our car detailing services to these potential customers and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. The Telecaller is expected to make around 100 calls a day and meet the daily targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided data list.
- Explain our car detailing services and their benefits to the potential customers.
- Make around 100 calls a day and meet the daily targets.
- Answer any questions or concerns potential customers might have.
- Persuade potential customers to avail our services by highlighting the advantages.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in the CRM system.
- Generate leads and meet daily targets.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

**Requirements:

- **
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English and Kannada; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to handle cold calls.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
