**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard corporate clients for training and development solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and customized proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of corporate sales or B2B experience (preferably in edtech or training).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
