**Essential qualities are**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years’ inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of event ticket registration software a plus
- Proven track record of successful IT sales experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
