**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience;
- English level B2+;
- Higher education in the field of HR, psychology, business or related specialties;
- Understanding of recruiting and staffing processes;
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace;
**Will be a plus**:

- Experience in similar positions;
- Understanding of the most common areas of IT, frameworks and languages for recruitment, such as: Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node), etc.;
- Experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems, knowledge of labor legislation. One of your soft skills should be conflict resolution through positive and professional mediation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and conducting trainings to improve the qualifications of employees (it is necessary to keep up with the times), in order to ensure the balanced development of the team. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business processes.
