**Data Management**
- Maintaining accurate contact details from sources like Existing Clients, New Enquiries, Reference and from offline networks
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the Organization
- Maintain the necessary data in the predefined templates

**Client Co-ordination**
- Be the interface between the client and the Field team from initial contact to completion
- Communicate professionally with clients and record all discussions with the client in writing
- Having effective conversation with clients in order to
- Understand client’s requirement
- Offer our services of Cleaning and Pest Control
- Convincing them for the service
- Getting feedback from the client to ensure improvement in service

**Estimations and Profitability**
- Create Costing based on site visit
- Create Estimates based on site visit and get the same approved from decision maker
- Maintain profitability as per the management guidelines

**Field/Site Visit**
- Doing site visits at client place to understand the scope of work and record it in our company’s template.

**Field Team Co-ordination**
- Coordinate with the Field team to execute the work on timely basis as per Estimate
- Routine Coordination with Field Team to ensure work gets completed in timely manner within the budget/estimate
- Marking Attendance of Field Team
- Ensuring Field Team reaches client site on team
- Help Field Team in regards to any challenges
- Collecting the Invoices from Vendors/Field Team, verifying the same and submitting it to Accounts

**Sales Conversion**
- Negotiate Win-Win deal with client
- Getting references from the client to get more work in the neighborhood
- Ensure payment is being received on time from client and in case of any delays, regular follow ups to be done and informing the same to the decision maker.
