Customer Relation Executive are supposed to use their skills and experience to ensure that a company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. The executive may deal directly with customers’ placing new orders, inquiries, feedback and follow ups, or manage a team of customer relation executives. Either way, the customer executives aims to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about the order and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of feedback.
- Receive orders and allocate them to designers.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Solve customer queries.
- Co-ordinate with team members to get work done on time.
