**Job Title**: Admin & Procurement Executive

**Department**: Operations / Admin
**Location**: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
**Entity**: Vallaham (Serving Saptingala, Nool Media, Luxvel, and Vayil)

**Job Purpose**

To efficiently manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and general administrative operations across all Vallaham entities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and cost-effective sourcing.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for Saptingala (F&B raw materials, packaging, cleaning supplies, etc.).
- Reorder stock based on consumption patterns and business needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and liaise with vendors to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, delivery notes, and stock usage.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Ensure timely replenishment of office and operational supplies across all entities.

**Administrative Duties**
- Handle general administration tasks such as office maintenance, utilities, and housekeeping supervising.
- Maintain and update documentation including contracts, licenses, utility bills, insurance, and AMC records for all entities.
- Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, ID issuance, and basic employee coordination.
- Coordinate inter-departmental logistics and internal communication.
- Maintain vendor and asset records (laptops, routers, printers, etc.) for all offices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role; experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-entity admin roles preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and vendor management abilities.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**
- 6-day work week with flexibility to visit various entity locations if required.
- Occasional travel for vendor meetings, government office follow-ups, or inter-branch coordination.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
