**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping practices, implementing improvements as necessary.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and developing staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
