AVP (Associate Vice President) - (Finance & Controls)

**Function**

Finance & Control Department

**Location**

Gurgaon / Delhi

**Role**
- Coordination of Finance & accounting jobs including Budgets & other Analysis related works for India & Overseas group companies.
- Managing Audit & other GST / Tax / regulatory aspects.
- Analysis of Financial statements & statutory Compliances.
- Periodical MIS reports & management Dashboard as required

**Key Result Areas**
- Managing team of 2 to 3 persons for Indian & Overseas companies for their accounting, tax & Audits etc.
- Preparation of Financial statements with best compliance practices.
- Analyze existing budgeted data & create their periodical reports,
- Ongoing critical analysis of finance department in Overseas Companies with internal audit tools.
- Interact with various stakeholders for the completion of Audits, tax & other compliances including overseas auditors / Company Secretaries / tax Agents etc.
- Act as a Controlling Person for all Secretarial records of the respective companies.
- Devise and implement the enterprise-level periodical MIS reports, keeping in mind business & management requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Domain knowledge & experience in Audits & Tax related compliance.
- Understand Budgeting & Analytical reports.
- Should have audit, tax filings & other financial compliances experience along with exposure in handling of overseas companies.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis, advanced excel proficiency, proficiency in preparation of presentations and various other related tools in the preparation of MIS reports.
- Highest level of ethical integrity
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills

**Qualification**
- CA / CA (Inter) / MBA in finance, economics, statistics etc.

**Number of years of experience**

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Audits / Tax / Budgeting/ Analysis

/ related compliances along with MIS preparation for financial statements along with a deep understanding of management/board level reports

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹99,999.00 per month
