We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP- Finance Operations**

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Transform COO Support team
- Understand and challenge End to End processes
- Has the ability to standardize a process by suggesting the best practices and appropriate design, ensuring implementation of effective controls
- Idea and awareness of implementing various automation tools to reduce manual efforts
- Support Data quality issue resolution and general problem solving
- Support and guide colleagues through knowledge sharing and coaching interventions and facilitating transparent communication including with stakeholders
- Develop materials to communicate information to or support discussions with different audiences i.e. workflow charts, visualisation/dashboards etc.
- Drive effective conversation with work-stream leads/other resources - during planning, preparation and execution.

Requirements
- An understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting of actual costs versus forecast/budget is preferred
- Excellent technical skills including Excel (including VBA, SQL), SAS, Qliksense, PowerPoint, Anaplan, Python & Machine learning - R, MS Access and Tableau
- Global Exposure: Ability to interact with multiple cultures / multi-tasking
- Exposure to multiple systems and database handling (TM1/Cognos/Hyperion) will be an added advantage
- Lean/Quality Orientation - Six Sigma Certified/trained proven by process improvements
- Ability to independently manage the service delivery of designated processes with logical decision making
- Senior Stakeholder management along with ability to challenge based on facts & reason
- Be collaborative, take responsibility for resolving / communicating, drive to improve, and demonstrate high capacity to learn and take initiative
