We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP- FDA Governance**

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Support FDA Governance lead in regards to delivery matters: assist in approval of requirements and communications.
- Support in preparation of the FDA meeting materials, minutes of meetings and actions.
- Support in preparation of periodic update with the FDA chairs on prioritisation of pipeline topics.
- Tracking of open actions and progress closely with action owners.
- Ensuring high quality output for this senior forum and best practices are incorporated in the materials and shared.
- Circulation of meeting materials and minutes in a timely manner.
- Support FDA Governance lead to liaise with Senior Finance leaders and their teams on topics requiring FDA approval.
- Support the running and management of the proposed working group for the FDA.
- Maintain the FDA ‘Terms of Reference’.

Requirements
- Good Cross-Finance knowledge and experience.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives.
- Committed to continuous improvement, self-motivated, team player, creative and capable of working effectively autonomously as well as part of a team.
