Pune, India DEFINE AESTHETICS Full time

1. To attend & monitor the telephonic inquiries.

2. Calling existing and potential customers, giving information about company services according to their requirements & convert them. Also follow-up with them to purchase services

3. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

4. To be responsible for carrying out a full counseling, discussing benefits.

5. To use sales script provided by company & soft selling techniques to drive sales.

6. To work based on strict target guidelines

7. To build and achieve sales pipeline for a month

8. Communicate the pricing and close the deal.

9. Actively maintain and follow-up on leads/references.

10. To be responsible for achievement of individual sales target & coordinating with the Marketing Manager to achieve the targeted sales of the month.

11. Managing in-house presentation material like brochures etc.

12. Overseeing marketing activities & give feedback & analysis regarding marketing strategy

13. Regular monitoring and follow-up of all leads and tracking all conversions

14. To maintain and update all sales related paperwork and documentation -records of your booked and non-booked clients on periodic basis.

15. Create and present metrics on a regular basis.

**Qualification**:
Any Graduate

**Experience**:
1 to 2 years experience in service industry as Sales Executive/Sales Coordinator will be preferred.

**Skills**:
Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi,

Smart, Good communication skills.

MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
