We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Service Representative. This is a blended process role involving both voice and non-voice interactions, where you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Follow-Up**: Track and follow up on pending customer cases, ensuring timely closure and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Upselling/Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, billing, and sales, to resolve complex issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- **Adhere to Policies**: Follow company policies, data protection regulations, and quality standards to ensure compliance and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in international customer service or a similar role (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- **Technical Requirements (for remote roles)**:

- Reliable internet connection and workspace.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,545.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability
