**Role Overview**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support on export-related questions, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Coordinate between Sales, Sellers, internal departments, and operations teams to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist with payment-related queries, including fund tracking and invoice clarification.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to export orders, shipping status, documentation, and general assistance.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Sales team, Sellers, Logistics, and Operations departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of export orders.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving client concerns, delivery issues, and service-related escalations with a customer-first approach.
- Payment & Invoice Assistance: Handle queries related to invoices, payment status, and basic fund follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and clarity for customers.
- Documentation Support: Help prepare or verify basic export documentation and ensure it is complete and aligned with compliance standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to follow up on pending requests and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, order updates, and issue resolutions.
