**Job Title**: US Customer Service Representative
**Location**: bhayandar, mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
**Shift**: Night Shift (to support US time zones)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in customer service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring customer details are accurately recorded.
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably supporting US customers.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other support tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US business hours.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately document customer interactions and follow processes.
