Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Banking Process)
Job Location: Bhayandar
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 in-hand
Shift: US Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Cab Facility: One-side cab facility provided
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking services.
Provide accurate, timely, and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to banking products and services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Follow established processes and maintain service levels according to company guidelines.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in customer service within an International BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with international customers.
Flexibility to work in US rotational shifts and rotating week-offs.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
