Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer queries efficiently, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone call.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Offer personalized solutions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC with 3 years of calling experience.
- Graduate with 1 year of calling experience having excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: ₹21,000 - ₹27,000 in-hand
- Day shifts with 1 rotational week off
