Job Title: IT Executive - Systems and Networking

Location: Madhapur

Leadspace is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Executive to oversee our Systems and Networking operations. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for implementing new system settings, managing networking infrastructure, and ensuring efficient system repair processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT professional seeking a challenging leadership position in a dynamic organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **New System Setting**:

- Lead the planning and execution of new system settings to enhance efficiency and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align system settings accordingly.
- Ensure seamless integration of new settings with existing IT infrastructure.
- **Networking**:

- Manage and optimize the organization's networking infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce network security policies to safeguard data and ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
- **System Repair**:

- Oversee the diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
- Develop proactive strategies to minimize system downtime and improve overall IT support efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to address technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff members.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, network topology, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure that all IT processes and procedures are well-documented and accessible to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system administration, networking, and system repair roles.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, networking protocols, and IT security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated potential for leadership roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
