Making us one the best Software development company in hyderabad, Telangana, India. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Onboarding Strategy Implementation**: - Execute targeted marketing strategies to onboard schools and colleges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Customize onboarding materials to address the specific needs and challenges of educational institutions. 2.**Outreach and Relationship Building**: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. **3.Event Planning and Execution**: - Plan and coordinate onboarding webinars, workshops, and promotional events to introduce our services and Product to potential clients. - Facilitate onboarding training sessions and workshops for new schools and colleges. **4.Data Analysis and Reporting**: - Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. - Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, engagement levels, and onboarding success rates. **5.Cross-Department Collaboration**: - Work closely with sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. - Gather feedback from onboarded institutions to improve future marketing and onboarding efforts. **Qualifications**: - Masters Degree MBA in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. - 0-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector. - Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and verbal) is mandatory. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for education and a desire to support institutions in enhancing their offerings. **Skills**: - Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools. - Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms. - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Master's (preferred) **Experience**: - Lead generation: 3 years (preferred) - total work: 3 years (preferred) - Marketing: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - English and Hindi Languages are Mandatory (preferred) Work Location: In person
