We specialize in developing innovative cloud-based software products designed to streamline operations for specific industries. Our current focus includes robust management solutions for the education sector (schools and institutions) and the hospitality sector (hostels), such as our product Stayboard. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our marketing team and help us expand our reach.

About the Role:
We are hiring Marketing Executives to support our sales and marketing efforts for our SaaS products. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with mínimal experience to gain hands-on experience in SaaS marketing and sales within a supportive environment. You will be instrumental in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential leads in the target industries (schools, educational institutions, hostels).
- Introduce Damerax SaaS products and explain their benefits to prospective clients.
- Schedule and support product demonstrations.
- Maintain a database of leads and track communication history.
- Assist the senior marketing/sales team in closing deals.
- Stay updated on our product features and market trends.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and potentially local languages).
- Ability to learn quickly and understand software products.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Must be located in or willing to work in the Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, or Kukatpally areas.

Compensation:

- Salary: ₹10,000 if it's part time. But can work on client pay basis.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for on-payroll employees.
