**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Webinar Planning & Strategy**: Develop and execute the overall webinar strategy in alignment with marketing objectives, including defining target audiences, identifying key topics, and determining the best timing for webinars.
- **Campaign Execution**: Coordinate the end-to-end webinar process, from content planning to promotion and post-event follow-up.
- **Audience Engagement**: Manage attendee registration, communicate pre-webinar instructions, and ensure seamless participation during live events. Foster interaction during webinars through polls, Q&A, and chat moderation.
- **Platform Management**: Handle webinar platforms (such as Zoom, WebEx, or GoToWebinar), ensuring technical setup, smooth execution, and post-event recordings.
- **Lead Generation**: Leverage webinars to generate qualified leads. Track and analyze leads generated from webinars and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor webinar performance, measure success, and provide detailed reports on key metrics like registration rates, attendance rates, engagement, and post-event feedback.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to align webinar content with business goals and develop supporting materials.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate the success of each webinar and implement improvements to optimize future events.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in webinar marketing.
- High communication skills
- Strong understanding of webinar tools and platforms (Zoom, WebEx, GoToWebinar, etc.).
- Proven experience in lead generation and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with data analytics and marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
