**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Pune. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure. You will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to our company’s strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts while building long-term relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance and market trends
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in **Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, and Client Negotiation**:
- Strong skills in **Client Relationship Management** and **Account Management**:
- Background in **B2B Sales** and **Business Development**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in delivering presentations and handling client objections
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Technical knowledge of the **construction** or **real estate** industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration**, Marketing, or a related field**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,888.57 - ₹35,366.84 per month
