2-5 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development, specifically targeting the **USA market**.
- Experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in **logistics**, **staffing**, **SaaS**, or **IT services**.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral or US accent preferred.
- Comfortable working during **US EST hours**.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong research and client mapping skills using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
